I have ordered micromax X222 phone on 15/3/2014. But up-to now there is no confirmation neither on the delivery of the mobile nor on the refund of the amount.

I have paid total of Rs.2,040/-. Waited for 8 days and mailed them on 23/03/2014 for the confirmation of the delivery. but there is no response from them. Again i mailed them on 29/03/14 but there is no response.

I want my amount to be refunded. I want to know where the problem occurs. I have not even got the confirmation mail from them after paying the amount through online banking. Don’t know what the problem is.
