After installing my LG 32 LA6200 TV though in late the following points could not be understood rather your representative fails to clarify: 1. WiDi connectivity. 2. Connectivity with my Windows phone to the TV via WiFi. 3. Miracast feature. In this connection I would like to inform you that I am interested for extended Warranty of the Product. If available plz inform me and how to get that with terms and condition. MY Service request id: RNA131006007144 Dtd: 06/10/13 assuring to attend the trouble within 72 Hrs.But till date nobody bothered to even talk with me. i also applied for extended warranty with the company’s terms and condition.
I am not getting full access of the product for which I have to pay more. With part features the product would priced less. So for this period from 28.09.13 to 24.10.13 i am not getting its full features of the product. Continuous calling to the Customer care and mailing produced no result. So I demand Compensation of minimum Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) only for delay in service and giving the service at the earliest.
