I purchased LG AC from Durga Electronics Sahibabad on 12 May 14 vide their INVOICE No SBD14R-194 amt Rs 33500 and cash memo txn id 7740447 for Rs 34170 under cash back offer scheme. Dealer already charged excess Rs 670. LG company required to refund cash back amt RS 1675. LG Company or Dealer failed to refund my cash back amount and over charges Rs 670 charged on swip card payment under offer scheme.
I request to The Honorable Consumer Court to direct the LG Company to refund my cash back amount with interest and a penalty for Harassing to the consumer. Secondly, necessary action be taken against the staff who are involved for not refunding the amount and responsible for cheating, fraud and harassing me since last seven months.
