This is Grievance Regarding cooling problem of AC 1. Model No. : LSA19YGVTY2 1.5 TON SPLIT A C 2. Serial No. : 704DRAH000312 3. DATE OF PURCHASE : 08.03.2008 4. DATE OF COMPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE : 24.03.2014 5. DOCKET NO.: RNA140324026359 AT 9.25 PM Case History: No body did come to attend within 4(four) days of the date of complain. After that both indoor and outdoor unit were taken to their workshop to check any leakage. Both units were returned on 31.03.2014 at 6.30 pm and told me that engineer will come to install shortly. They demanded the payment but did not agree to pay before completion of job. But Mr. Samar Das insisted to make payment by rules of the company during delivery and assure me , that engineer will come shortly. Nobody came on that day. Repeatedly I contacted with Mr. Prasenjit Das , Workshop team leader, to send engineer but nobody came for installation. After repeated calling to Mr. Prasenjit Das , he send a inefficient engineer named Mr. Chandan on 03.04.2014 at 10.00 PM. And job was done carelessly and partially at 11.30 P.M. with problems in display unit, inefficient cooling, and unknown smell in outdoor unit. This feedback was given to Mr. Prasenjit Das after which he sent Mr. Suman Mondal , on 16.04.2014 for refitting and checking, which again resulted in incomplete installation and cooling problem , still remains the same. SMS was sent to Mr. Prasenjit Das on 24.04.2014 regarding no cooling at all and automatic start-off. Complain repeated on 28.04.2014 at 9.25 AM regarding cooling problem at the same docket no. (RNA140324026359) . Reminder was sent by customer Service desk on 02.05.2014 at 10 AM. Engineer visited on 03.05,2014 and advised to change cooling coil , i.e. evaporator. On 11.05.2014 New Evaporator fitted by Mr. Sumon Mondal and left within 5 ( five ) minutes without testing the system. That day later when we stated the unit it switched off automatically. I contacted Mr. Prasenjit Das and he assured to send engineer but unfortunately nobody came within a week. Old docket reminder called on 19.05.2014 at 9.40 AM from the customer service desk. Further reminder was sent by CSD on 21.05.2014 at 10 .40 AM , Engineer visited on 22.05.14 and advised to change compressor .
I demand the following remedy from the company immediately: 1) Immediate repairing of the AC at the company’s expense totally. If any parts needs to be changed must be done by the company at their expense. 2) Adjusting the excess amount that was paid in invoice number 21202 dated 31.03.14. 3) Sincere written apology from Mr.Prasenjit Das and Mr. Sumon Mondal for harassment.
