Dear Sir/ Madam I’m Santhosh From Chennai, Ambattur. I registered a complaint that my Air-conditioner is not working on 9 May 2014. Till now there is no solution from them, i keep on calling them and they saying i will send my Engineer tomorrow. Lastly i called customer care today and asked about Supervisor Mobile no of this area. They gave one no which is 8220007xxx. I called him and asked what about my complaint, he also said same answer that tomorrow we send Engineer and i asked how many tomorrow i have to wait tell me that alone. For that he’s talking rude and cutting my call saying whatever you do we wont send Engineer. Later again i called customer-care and asked his Name to complaint but they said we don’t have name and i also asked the status of my complaint and finally i found out that they cancelled my complaint.
