a techanician came to repairthe tv and he tuned it and told that ok ho gaya and demanded for Rs 250/- and received also. within one hour again the same problum seen in the tv problum was after switch on picture and sound comes but switcing on it self use to take minimums 40 -50 attempts. trchanician told next day that circuit le jana hoga. it tookalso. after 15 days came and told picture tube change karana hoga. total cost 4500/- hoga. that is the 50% cost of new tv and 60% of present cost of tv

i want such technician should be penalised for delay and wrong Assessment of repair of TV
