LG Fridge -faulty product sold refund my money

I have Bought a LG Fridge on 2nd,Nov 2013(model:LG318PLG4) from the shop it arrived on 3rdnov,2013 as soon we opened the fridge it was making a unusual noise.So we called LG to check that noise. There engineer came and checked and informed that fridge needs to be replaced and asked for documents(copy of bill, cancelled cheque)which i provided to them on 10th nov,2013. After that there was no communication from company for two-three days. I called and came to know that the model we Purchased is not in stock and company gave option for full refund. after one and half week they came with a cheque at my place to pick up the fridge, but when I checked the cheque the account number on it was wrong. so once i spoke to their representative named Vipin he said that it will take a week to get the error corrected and issue a new cheque and asked to return the cheque. I sent the cheque back and after a week I spoke to the same representative vipin he said that it will take one and half month to get the cheque reissued and i have not heard from the company since then.

I want my money back and I will make sure that i don’t buy any LG products in future and I also want compensation for what I have to go Through in the Last one month after buying a brand new Product.
