I had purchased a new LG Fridge from the above LG showroom on 14th January 2014. The fridge was delivered to my home on the same day in the evening. When the delivery people came to deliver the fridge and unwrapped the fridge in front of my eyes. I pointed to the delivery people that the fridge was standing tilted on one side, they informed me that there is some adjustment in the wheels at the bottom and that i will have to call the LG call centre and they will send some one to adjust and also explain me about the features of the fridge. I went to the LG showroom the next day and complained and they also said the same and gave me the LG call centre number. I called up the LG call centre and explained them that the fridge was not standing straight and they were also resistive to this complain and were asking me to adjust the wheels and it will be al right. but i insisted they send someone to check it and they did register my complain and next day an engineer came to check the fridge. He saw the base of the fridge and told me that the base of the fridge was dent and that it will have to be replaced.
Since this is a defect before delivery, i request for a new fridge in mint condition without any defect.
