LG Fridge – No Cooling – No Customer Service

I bought LG fridge 240L on july 2012. Soon it started showing problem of cooling. I complained about it, mechanic came he told there is no problem. It carried on than again it started to show the same problem. I complained about it, the service man told me that you will have to bring ur fridge at the service centre. I took the fridge there at my cost, there also they told me koi baat nahe hai…aapka fridge thek kaam kar raha hai. I brought it back. After few days again the same problem. I complained again.. Engineer came and he told that there is no problem due to summer aisa ho raha hai. I complained again after few months, this time the engineer told me that thermostat kharab hai. He told me to change the thermostat. I told him to change it and I was charged around Rupees 650/-. but my problem was not solved. I complained again but no body turned around A few days back i complained again about the same cooling problem. This time the person who came told that the Compressor is not working. Today on 22/9/2014 a call came from number 9720102891 he told that aapki fridge ka compressor change karna hai…iske lye apko 340/- Rs dene honge service charge. I was shocked to hear this from them moreover they also misbehaved with me talked very rudely and told ab aapko service centre aana hoga apni fridge lekar warna aapka compressor nahe lagega aur an change hoga aur phone disconnect ho gaya. I complained this to Customer Care of LG from there i got the number of MS. Pooja Mathur her number is 09811354xxx i talked with her she also didn’t responded to my distress and told aapko service charge dena hoga. I complained this to Mr Bhagwat on his number 9720104xxx but he also didn’t responded to my problem and expressed his inability to help me. I was and I am complaining about the same thing from last one and half year but nobody helped me or informed me about the real problem of my fridge. Time and again I was telling to check the problem of the Compressor but no mechanic listened. I was compelled to change that part of my fridge which was working and was in good condition. I was charged for it also and now who will repay me my 650/- rupees which I was charged wrongfully for no fault of mine or the fridge. I am very hurt and disappointed by this act of the Service CEntre and its staff from top to bottom. I don’t know what to do now. i am complaining after leaving no stone upturned. Please help me. Help me..help me

Relief: Teach a lesson to the service Centre Staff especially Mr. Bhagwat, Miss pooja Mathur and Mr Mukesh who called me today (22/9/2014) and I want to replace my fridge with a new one. I want compensation from the Service Center staff for all the mental, economic and physical harassment i faced. I want you to help me and do what ever the law permits.
