LG – Fridge Not working and No Service

company representative had visited for service on 4/Apr for service since then we are continuously facing problem that refrigerator is not cooling. 2 weeks earlier engineer had come and identified that gas is leaking, but no one came for gas filling. Last week someone came and filled gas but since then the refrigerator has stopped working. After several complaints we are still with no resolution. We have been directed by call center to talk to Mr Sameer Diwan (9811354534) who is the Area Service Manager. He also is not able to provide resolution and in fact he has stopped picking our call. How does LG expect people to buy LG products with such 3rd class service. Their engineer talks about 2500 pending complaints as if it is a matter of pride. Unless urgent action is taken we will be taking legal recourse for the harassment caused by LG customer service.

1) Email ID to register complaints – should be started as LG only has a site and contact no. no mail where we can submit a complaint. Email helps to build a complaint trail. 2) Immediate repair of refrigerator 3) Free AMC for 2 years
