dear sir, i have a double door fridge about 10 year old. his inner door was damaged.we complaint on service center and also online for change of inner door. they says this model currently not manufactured by the company, so this part is not available. my complaint no RNA140216054887 dated 17.02.2014, we have also sent reminder 4 times, the mail comes we forwarded this to branch office (this is not satisfactory answer). This is not possible to change/new purchase such as tv/ fridge/electronics items on every 10 years for a middle and also low group family member residing at India. So kindly instruct to co. change the inner door.
