Dear Team, company is taking huge amount for showing rich features in mobile,but none of feature is working. for servicing of my mobile(LG GW550), i went to LG support centre(address : LG electronice,plot no: 38,nagarjuna hills,punjagutta,hyderabad-500082),but after explaining following issues(lisated below),they are not did anything and pass to me manager num(MR JOSH : 9703217678),but he is not showing his responsibility 1: during the incoming call,my handset is switched off automatically and after switched on , all contact number is erased and got following message “the layout you have selected can not be loaded.please select a different layout using the home screen item in settings”. 2: setting option is not working. 3: alarm is not working. 4: internet option is not working. 5: 64K sim(vodafone) is not signaling. 6: video call is not working. thanks in advance rupesh sahu
