LG Inverter – Refusal to provide service in warranty period

Bought a LG Inverter 1.5 ton Split AC in September 2013 – No service has been done even once during this period despite the contract stating two free services in warranty – the AC is not working properly since last few weeks – we raised a complaint for service – LG states service is not possible unless we provide copy of bill although the product is still in warranty
