I need a help to file a consumer case against LG for not responding on time for service , i have 32 inch LED tv , on 12- nov-2014 it was not working andi have complained to call center on 14 – nov -2014 they told me that our service person will call with in 24 hrs , i waited for 2 days after that again i called customer care , they told wait for 24 hrs , again on 17 – nov -2014 i called customer care andinformed that no one turned up , this time they given me service center supervisor contact number (8939941xxx) , i called him he told i will send some one today but no one turned up , next day i called him again he gave me Area technician number ( vijaykanth-9884433xxx ) on 18 -nov 2014 i called him and briefed the issue he told that the motherboard is the issue and he will place an order for mother board and he told that he will fix it very next day and he required only the xerox copy of the purchase bill since the product is in warranty but till 21-nov-2014 he was dragging the appointment stating that the motherboard is arrived and same to be traced and finally he told that he will come on 22-nov-2014 before 12 noon , i called him at 12 noon he told he will come before 7 pm and when i called him i asked about his visit but he replied very rudely that already u have waited for 9 days and just wait one more day , finally today (23-nov-2014) i called the supervisor (893994xxxx)at 11 am he took vijaykanth on con-call and he told that he will come by today but till 2.30 pm no calls and no visit and i called vijaykanth and now he is telling here is a problem with the ordered spare part and again he will fix it by tomorrow almost for 12 days the service not provided by the company and the people are very lethargic and rude attitude , we suffered a lot please help me
need 3 lakhs for not responding and a lathargic attitude
