Purchased a new nexus 4 from rohini sector 8 six months back,. Have shown to service centre twice for extremely low battery back up and heating up of device. Despite changing battery, the issue persists. I am not sure if they changed battery and even if they did , there is no resolution and they just dont want to take responsbility for this. Nobody can go to service centre again and again. Spoke to Mr.atul Wadhwa who is branch head for delhi, he now asked me to go other service centre.
I want either my money back or this handset to get changed ..this handset itself is defective because changing battery also didnt give any change in results.
