I bought a refrigerator in oct.2011, with 4 years warrenty of compressor, but on dec.11,2013, it stop colling, i have made a complaint on 12th dec. with RNA 131212073548, a person name LG Arshad visited my house after inspection he told that compressor is not working and it will be replaced without charge in next 3-4 days. after passing 3-4 dys i talk again to Arshad but he refused to speak anything and ask me to call Mr. Parag(9930362575) & Mr. Sameer (022-65100909). I called Mr. Parag on 21st Dec, He assured me to solve the problem in 2-3 days, but there is no result. I again called LG customer care on 24th Dec. 10.30 AM and raise VOC (voice of consumer), the tele executive replied me that n next 24 hrs you will get a call from our head office in next 24- Hours, but again there is no call, I again called customer care, they told to call Mr. Nand Kishore (9930362572) Area service Manager, I called Mr. Nandkishore on 25th of Dec, again on 26th Dec. in eve,. Some another person named Mr. Ajmal visited my home, rechecked the fridge, raised the same problem and ask me to call Mr. Prafull(9619223440) to know the status on my complaint. I called Mr. Prafull on 27th Dec in noon; he replied that he is helpless, not able to tell the exact timing to repair the fridge as the parts will come from noida. I am frustrated from all these proceeding that in 15 days LG is not able to repair a fridge, They are talking too much about their servicing & products but this does not appears true. I have a family it is very difficult for me without fridge. So it is my request you to kindly look into the matter & try to resolve the issue.
I want to replace this faulty machine with new one.
