I purchased one lg refrigerator model-gl195 bearing serial No 810NLKL033749 from asha electronics, an authorized dealer on 30.10.2008 with warranty of 7 years. but it did not function after three years.so I informed the customer care for repair.the company sent Nihar Barik to repair.he repaired on 23.03.12 and received 998 rupees towards repairment.but it is not working yet . .they are not responding to my complaint. I want the refrigerator repaired within the warranty period at an early date otherwise I will go to the consumer redressal forum .
