Please ref Complaint No RNA130711081168 dt 10 Jul 2013 fwd on LG Customer care 18001809999. 2.On the basis of LG rep who visited my house in connection with Complaint No RNA130711081168 dt 10 Jul 2013 for repairs and later declared Refrigerator as “unable to repair/manufacturing defect”,I was given a meagre compensation of Rs 19000 for manufacturing defect citing that the same model/equivalent model as NOT available in stock for replacement despite my requesting repeatedly for replacement with same model/equivalent model…. 3. Now,I’ve purchased new Refrigerator LG318PNQ5(an eqvt model) COSTING Rs 33000, thus incurring loss of Rs 14000/- . 4. Despite me purchasing all my household appliances from LG Company, I feel that I have NOT been treated in a befitting manner wrt replacement of Old refrigerator, and thus incurring a huge loss as above, besides undue mental harassment for the past four months. “”” -MAJ RAMESH PRASAD
