LG – Seller refusing deliver to my pincode

I ordered an LG inverted ac on 21st April on their website. After few days they claimed that product was not available with the seller providing me the option to hold or cancel the order. I decided to hold, today,30th April, they have initiated the refund on my product stating that it is not deliverable to my pin code. Before placing the order and even today when I checked their website for delivery to my pin code , they still falsily claim that they will deliver the same product within one week of booking online.

I want them to learn transparency in their claim on website. Next time be more careful when listing any product on the site. Such sites , whose description and commitment to deliver does not match, should be penalised for their negligence.
