9867963119 belonging to Shekhar claimed to be official LG service centre and had my TV (plasma) repaired for rs16000. This was in Aug ’14. while they took the payment, they refused to give the bill. On realizing that they were not the official LG authorized service centre and after being threatened with a police complaint, they obliged and stated that they have done the repairs correctly. Exactly 6 months down the line, the TV again has the same problem.

Previous Damages of Rs. 16000 + additional cost to repair the TV now Approx 20,000. Additionally until threatened with police action, he refused to give the bill or acknowledge the calls. All expenses to be borne by him / company he works for (16,000+ 20,000)
