Description (in detail): I have purchased lg split AC 1.5 Ton on 31st-MAR-2012.Its price is 26,900. I have paid Rs1000/- for installation charges from MAREY COOL ACs with Receipt No: 1454 separately. It has worked fine till Jan 2014.After that My AC was not cooling; I registered a complaint through lG Helpline No: 18001809999.After two days technician attended the call and said there is minute gas leakage in Outdoor unit and taken whole unit to the service centre on 12th-MAR-2013. Every two days I keep on calling these guys for the status. Finally they told condenser coil leakage problem and its under testing. They returned the unit on 31st MAR-2014 and installed on the same day. Next Day technician visited the house and refilled the gas and told that I rectified the gas leakage in outdoor unit and whole unit is working fine. I have paid Rs 4567/- for this work on 1st-APR-2014 with invoice no-04198 Once again from 7th-APR-2014, Cooling has been decreased. Technician visited on 10th-APR-2014 and said volume of the gas is not sufficient and increased the volume of gas by 10 grams. Again it worked for two days and now it is not cooling I called customer care and technician guy, till date no one visited the home and checked the unit. There is no good response from the customer care as well. I wasted my money by buying this lg AC Cost of Product: 27900 Service Charge: 4567 Total : 32467/- Invested this much amount and it is of no use 9.
