LG TV – Defective product Not getting service & Solution

I purchase a 21″ LG TV three years ago. TV got defective. I lodge a complaint to LG and a service engg. named Dilip Tomar came for repair. He tried about an hour and said the main PCB to be repaired and took the PCB with a commitment to returned it within 48 hours. After 12 days with many expediter another engg. came with PCB and said the product has been obsolete please pay service charge 280 Rs. After emphasizing to repair he said that we can try with old PCB of another defective TV. The charge will be 3500/- and no guarantee will be given. The original cost of TV was 800/-. I lodged a complaint with CORE for the same problem on 18/10/14 with complaint no. 115458.3.2014. After 02 months of waiting status shown problem has been resolved. But no detailed was given. On contacting to core again telephonic ally they said their was some mistake in your complaint so please lodge it again. This is my second try for same problem.

My TV has been spoiled. Causing severe mental harassment and loss of 8000/- plus 280 Rs. This was not expected from such a big company.
