LG – Unresolved complaint for product quality and maintenance

I purchased LG Window AC (Window/LWA5EW1DF1)in 2009 and each year I have had to replenish gas (one of the years twice) and this year had to spend 5500 INR on gas leakage and replacement of condenser parts. In effect I have already spent more than the original cost of the product in last 4 years and I wish to make a complaint about the poor quality. I do have a copy of all the service job cards and receipts.

Earlier complaint was wrongly closed withjout any satisfactory dialogue but diverting it to service technicians. I wish to discuss this with the product quality and customer grievance department and how they would like to address this unreasonable high cost of servicing and maintenance that I have had to bear. there have been repeated calls from filed technicians and service agents asking me about the current problme with the AC – this shows that customer service has not been paying attention to details mentioned in the complaint.
