I Registered a Complaint dated 25/07/2013 in LG Customer Care That’s Complaint No. is RNA130725037166. My Problem is not solved. I Registered a Complaint again dated 04/08/2013 in LG Customer Care That’s Complaint No. is RNA130804029920. My LCD Moniter is in Warranty Upto 20/03/2014. An Engineer Came my shop from LG Service Center and He Diagnose the problem and purchase bill and LG Extended Warranty Certificate provide by me to Service Center’s Engineer but my problem not solve yet. I call again in Customer Care Alternate day from 08/08/2013. Customer Care Executive Tell me your problem is Solve in 24 hours on every call, He gave me a Mobile Number 9811354152 (Pooja Mathur) of Branch Head of Customer Care So I call this Number She Reply me that your problem is solved 24 hours but no response from her or LG Service Center.

My problems is solve as early as possible or claim of Rs. 5000/-
