I purchased LG Window AC (Window/LWA5EW1DF1)in 2009 and each year I have had to replenish gas (one of the years twice) and this year had to spend 5500 INR on gas leakage and replacement of condenser parts. In effect I have already spent more than the original cost of the product in last 4 years and I wish to make a complaint about the poor quality. I do have a copy of all the service job cards and receipts.
Cost of repair and service on a new AC for 4 years has been close to 15000 INR which clsoe to the original cost of product. I have followed advise of the LG service center and duly got it repaired and serviced but it has caused lot of issues with breakdown every year in the peak of the summer season and having to get it serviced (which takes 2/3 days). One of the time it had to be spent again as the workmanship done by the engaged third party was not upto mark
