Dear Sir,
I trust you for going to take action for the agent. I have forgot it to pay a premium that time so i contact the agent he said you can give the money to me i will pay the premium and i will give the receipt. so i have given the money some 6500rs(3 mont due) that also i forgot it. But still not i have not got the receipt. When ever i called him he is saying it will come. But further i cannot trust him that is why i have complaint against to him. I know it is my mistake to given the money to him because of some busy i have given to him. Also i know you cannot collect the money from him but you can stop the benefit to agent or you will punish him na. Because of this i have lost my bonus and the policy benefit. So kindly take an action for him against the complaint. The bellow i have given the agent details and my policy no details.
