Pl.note that I have not recd.Gap/Unpaid Premium
for Rs.6468/-& 6894/-which was deducted by LIC of India,Ajmer from maturity of my SSS Policy No.184817347 & 184816555 during 19.03.2012.
Ag.this I have clerly written to LIC,Ajmer & Jhalawar (Rajasthan) that these premium has been deducted from my monthly salary & for their ready references I have sent Form No.142 of both the policies many times by courier,but Cheque for the
same for Rs.13362/-not send by LIC to me till date & appox.one year has been passed after recd. maturity value cheques of both the policies.
Kindly treat this matter on top priority & arrange to refund my deduction amount on a/c of GAP & UNPAID Premium immediately.
