My brother ( Late Shyam Babu) who passed away on 13th Sep-13. His date of birth was 20th April 1962. He had a Policy Jeevan Mitra Policy no-314385491 from LIC Allahabad Branch code 242 . His death’s claim all document submitted to Allahabad LIC Branch,Investigaion on Home has been processed,but Death claim amount not received till date. The dependent and nominee of this claim is Mrs. Kamla Devi . She is suffering from economic crisis,I have already consult from IRDA whose complaint no- 02-14-043991 and LIC Complain no- 1314103851 and also mailed to Bima Lokpal (Lucknow)but no response from there.

Need Immediate claim amount comes under this process and the harassment which we suffered due to their slowly rate of work, Need stricter actions against those people who enrolled in this case and maximum compensation regarding this case
