In 2010 ,I have not received LIC of India MoneyBack cheque of amount Rs.7500. When i tried to contact branch (12E , Naraina Vihar) , they provided me with a cheque no.76994 dt. 26.10.2010 encased on 30.11.2010. Branch suggested me to contact our Mash Dept. at District Center , Jeevan Parvah Building . When i tried to contact Jeevan Parvah Building , Mash Dept. they have given me a mail copy which was written to Axis Bank who was suppose to give a Cheque Image and Bank Branch.

If the amount was encased , then i want Details of Process of Encasement with Name of Bank name and Branch Name. or I want my full Amount with Applicable Interest
