I DALBIR KAUR Have been complaining from last long period against lic agent 0007616y of 16y branch of Patiala that I have asked him to change the proposer name of my both daughter’s policies and he even had taken my signature on proposer change form and also told me that according to 10 A CLAUSE of LIC nobody can take claim of policy of minor. I have got 3 evidence persons who were present during my divorce and kulwant singh had committed in front of them that he will pay the pending premiums of the policy. I am attaching the courts order copy showing that both daughters are living with me and also that divorce was applied in court with my ex-husband kulwant singh on 20.12.2011 and I intimated about this to lic agent 0007616y and even then he helped kulwant singh to surrender the policy on 15/02/2012. Kulwant singh was no longer father of policyholder on 20/12/2011 then how LIC has given him surrender value on 15/02/2012. Also according to 10 A CLAUSE of LIC the surrendered value ahould be used for the welfare of minor if minor is not living with his ex-father then how this surrendered value has been used for welfare of minor?.LIC has not taken any action against there agent code no:-0007616y as the whole mistake is of agent as he was well known of the situation and he misguided me and taken my signature on proposer change form. I want my daughters whole surrender value with interest back as earlier as you can. Waiting for your reply
