I am Mohan Kumar resident of Delhi. I have already complained regarding this to the concerened LIC branch 12-B Jasola, New Delhi for last 1 and 6 months. I have also approached to income tax department they asked contact to LIC. But, no benefit outcome to me. What should I do? Please cooperate me.This is in reference to my TDS statement ( Form No.16A ) for the period 04/2010 – 03/2011 and 04/2011 – 03/2012 issued by LIC of India. The entries in the Form 16A for the period 04/2010 – 03/2011 mentioned in Sr.No.10,11 12 are not appearing in the Form No.26 AS of I T Deptt. Likewise entries mentioned in Form 16A for the period 04/2011 – 03/2012 in Sr.No.2 is not appearing in Form 26AS of I T Deptt. You had been infomed about this matter earlier also through my Dev. Officer, Sh. Rajeev Vasudeva,but no action has been taken till date. I am enclosing the statements of I T Deptt. 26AS and Form 16 A for your reference.. Therefore you are requested to intervene in this matter and arrange to send revised TDS statement to I T Deptt. so that my TDS refund could be cleared by I T Deptt. I am attaching the income tax statement. Looking for youir speedy action. Thanking you Yours faithfully
