LICENCE

Dear sir/Madam
I Mousin Shaik have a IRDA Agent code with bajaj allianz(icno-1000514350) and the irda licence no-3389998 now i shifted to other company where they required the LICENCE COPY that i dont have and i not even received so kindly help me and provide the licence copy.
