Dear sir/madam

I took a policy from reliance life insurance but documents was not recieved me at my residential address so I recieved my documents from the Dilshad garden branch Delhi on 30th Oct 2011 after understanding the terms and conditions of the plan I was not satisfied so I returned documents on 12th Nov 2011 in Yamuna vihar branch Delhi

But they are saying your policy is not in freelook period But I given my receving in branch office Of Dilshad garden branch I have mailed several times but they are not refunding my payment no body want to co operate with me

customer care is also not clearing date of receving policy documents of me they are saying your documents were hand overed to the branch after this we can not help you

I asked for showing my receving date of documents but nobody co-operating me

Iam harasshed very much

I have contacted directly to the branch and customer care several times

I am ensure my policy was in freelook period

So please help me
