I have installed a Lightning arrester For Rs 34610 on 21/04/2009 , I have been given a guarantee&Service Card mentioning service Date 04/2010& 04/2011. They did not give any service,Last year My house got on fire due to lightning, Then onward i Continuously call them for the service.But No service has been received for the same till date 7/08/2013. The Product have 2 Year + 20Year service Guarentee mentioned

I need a refund of money with interest and a compensation of fire for Rs 300000. They have given the copy of the letters of PWD and Water Authority , This shows that if they have done the work they surly have not given service, any pending amount from the Govt must be with held and has to en quire about there work in Govt departments.
