Lipstick in the name of Amura using unusable colours

I have purchased a lipstick (Cosmetic product) from Dunlop Super Market, avaiable locally. The name of the product as the shopkeeper said is a product of Amber and the name written at the bottom is ” Amura” by Dyana International (Beauty Products) N-1 ML. No. 882 . The cost of the product is not exibited anywhere in the product , which is sold at Rs 60/- per piece. I bought a naturual colour lipstick which looks orange in its outlook and cannot to be tested , since a tested lipstick cannot be sold. I bought and applied on my lips which immediately became awesome red, then i tested in in my palm which became red instantly and the red colour refused to go even after one wash. Plese look into the details of the product which i suppose a local item being sold to consumers which is harmful for consumption irrespective of class of people using it
