After having troubles with my ACs (two) every month since its purchase last year May 8, 2015, I have to file a complaint with you people. As mentioned my ACs are new and since its purchase I have been facing issues with its working and cooling. And the company take days to resolve the complaint. If I could sum it up, in two seasons of its use, the ACs have been down for over 45 days because of poor product and services. I hope you can get them replaced by new.

As discussed above, the resolve time of the service team is pathetic and due to repeat complaints and slow service the ACs have been down for over 45 days. Also once a component was changed which cost approx Rs.4000. I want them replaced or a refund of my money.
