A house loan (Rs989000) was sanctioned to me by RASMECCC Allahabad in Dec 2008 and loan amount was insured by SBI Life supersuraksha policy no. HL/400825 , one time premium of Rs 49150/- was paid for that. Due to some legal problem housing scheme failed after 3yrs and remaining loan amount has been given back to concerned SBI bank.I surrendered above mentioned policy to local SBI life office at Allahabad in first week of April -12, I was told by office executive that you will get your
refund after a period of one month. About 3months has been past but I didn’t get my refund till now, on contacting SBI life Office I was told that your cheque has been dispatched from Lucknow office on dt 26/4/2012 vide EU32314181IN to RASMECCC Allahabad. I contacted 3-4 times to branch manager of RASMECCC Allahabad but he has no information about this cheque & where this cheque has been gone ? My kind request to you is pl do needful regarding this matter as local responsible officers are not taking interest in this matter.I also e-mail complaint to customer care cell of SBI Life on 14June but didn’t get any reply –
