sir/madam i parchased some kiranas items date 01.08.2013. after ten days i noticed that two items matar &channa is not in good condition.a lot of germs(ghurdu,sursuri)is founds in thies two items which may badly affected on my health as well as childerns.i request to arora ans sons for replacement with the new one. but they refused to do this. i asked for an original bill but they not give it to me. i have local purchased bill for same items. 1.knowing of this fact that my matar &chana is not in good condition they sold that items to me and when i request for replacement they have two items and not gave new one or money return to me. 2.i request for original bill but they not give me 3.there daily selling is about rs= 50,000 to 1,00,000 how it possible they have not original bill of this shop 4.how much sell tax they paying for the shop . 5.they use polly thine. keeping in this view of above fact take needful in this regards and my rs=124/-return in my favor sir i am a constable working in crpf they know this and told me you got transfer every 3 year i will not return your money.i will ever grateful for your kindness.

I WANT ONLY OUR 120/-AND NEED FULL ACTION
