Dear Sir/Madam, My name is K.Srinivasarao. I had booked a Flat on March 2010 in Lodha CASA BELLA GOLD, Kalyan Shil Road, Dombivali (E). Now it is known as Plava city. In the Allotment letter mentioned Flat possession was 2012.But at the time registration it was mentioned 2013. It was discussed and agreed.Now 2015 still not yet processioned Flat. From 2013 iam regularly follow about possession, every time they are saying due to raw material problem, manpower problem. I had paid all the amount except Possession amount through Bank loan. From 2011 onwards iam paying EMI approx 19,000/-. And aslo iam staying in a rented House. I am working in a private company,But now iam unemployed. same as conveyed to Lodha Relationship manager, but they simply denied about compensation, as per Registered agreement. In that agreement everything favor with Lodha, Not a single point favor to the customer. As a customer thinking at the time of registration (Mob Registration), No one not think Lodha such a big builder will cheat it. And again i wrote a letter to Lodha now i don’t have any job if no compensation and not to possession the flat i will go to Relay hunger strike or Hunger strike, after that they noted his letter 15th May will give to the possession. As per above cheating by Lodha as a customer i file a complaint for compensation due to non-possession Flat from 2013.
