I have been following up on mail to get you input and meet you and resolve this issue. But there is no response. I sent mail on 26th feb and resend on 27th Feb. I reiterate the same here 1. We had received multiple notices from Sainath on follow up for payment last year for making payment which was 1943830 including interest of 71802 and Due amount 1872028 last Letter Dated 18th April 2012. 2. After having agreement visiting personally we had made payment of 15 lac in which I received invoice of Interest which sums upto 3.71 lacs. Which is 3 lacs more than the demand. I had raised concern to his boss Amrat Shetty, In rely he stated they have just charged 1.7 lacs. 4. We believe this raises suspicion on intention I have been communicating in Mail with Sainath and Amrat on email dated 17th Jan & Feb 8 In this process they sent me a letter of cancellation of my registered flat. My clear concern to be addressed before we meet in written 1. Why should you charge me more that demanded amount without my consent? 2. Why was my concern ignored to in mails? 3. Why should I pay Interest on delay on possession as I was to receive it on March 12? 4. Now when you are declaring cancellation what happens to all the interest which has been paid?

I want my flat and I am ready to pay balance amount but not exaggerated Interest. If they canceled my flat they have to pay penalty in return as today the flat is worth 55 lacs
