Lokenath Deco Concept claims to be an authorized Asian Paints dealer and service provider. I had entrusted them with the task of painting 2 walls in my flat with designer paint (Royale Play). An amount of 10,500/- was quoted. They had clearly mentioned that it would take them 4 days to complete the task. They had started the work on 28.04.2014. It is now 3 weeks and the work is still incomplete. Furthermore they have damaged my walls. 1 of the wall is horribly painted with brush marks and spots clearly visible and the design is not even visible unless specially looked for. They are unable to complete the other wall. Due to their horrible craftsmanship and unskilled labor work, portions of my wall is scraped now scraped.

They have taken an advance amount of 2000/- I want that amount to be promptly returned and a compensation of 10,000/- to be provided for harassing my family and wasting my time. My house has been in a state of “under construction” for the past 3 weeks just because of these highly unprofessional casual people. I’m amazed that they can run such a fraud shop in the name of a prestigious brand like Asian Paints.
