Loop to Vodafone Mobile Number Porting Problems

I had ported out my Loop mobile 9773533335 to port in to vodafone in sept, 2013. I had cleared my last loop mobile bill on 23rd nov.(Due date-4th dec) Vodafone sent me SMS to clear dues of loop on 1st Dec., in response their SMS, I called up vodafone care and informed that I have cleared all dues one week back hence my services should not be barred. Vodafone executive assured me that services will not be barred. On 2nd Dec, vodafone deactivated my SIM card saying I have not cleared my dues with Loop mobile. My services are still barred causing me mental harassment. My complaint is against 1. Vodafone- as they have barred my services even after informing them that their is no due with Loop mobile. 2. Loop mobile- as vodafone says they have barred the services on the basis of Loop mobile’s communication claiming dues. I have email from Loop mobile saying ALL THE OUTSANDING WERE CLEARED ON 23rd NOV. 2013.

If vodafone is at fault-Compensation of Rs.25000/-against deficiency in services for the mental harassment caused by calling again and again to vodafone customer and explaining same thing again and again. It was very insulting vodafone telling me that I have not cleared my dues. And written apology. If loop mobile at fault-Compensation of Rs.25000/-for giving wrong info.to vodafone of outstanding amount and the mental harassment caused hence by deactivation of services. And a written Apology.
