I has booked a flat in lotus greens project sector 79 noida in the month of march and the unit allotted to me was T3 flat number 2002 of 1835 Sq Feet Area. But due to some personal reasons and medical emergency i required the fund urgently so cancellation request was given to the company on 8th of July 2014 but even after regular followup with the company, no action is taken by the comany for refund of my booking amount even after one month.

We had borrowed money from the relative as we were in the need of money. Also loosing the interest part on the refundable amount of Rs 7,28,000/- due to delay on the part of the company
