My name is Abhishek Ghosh,I am from Assam, Dist-Karimganj, PO./PS.- Badarpur Pin-788806 my contact no is 8876XX5718. I purchased Reliance Jio with LYF Wind 1 phone for 4G Internet. I used it for max 4 to 5 days and the lyf phone started problems like over heating, high speed battery drainage, hang problem, Touch problem etc. I raised a complain in service center they came and took the phone with jio sim and said they will return it next day. Its almost 7 days they didn’t even updated any status moreover no response from there side. This phone and service and is worst as hell. Jio should have choose a better phone. I feel like I have been cheated.
