purchased magicon senior duo mobile on line vide invoice number-DEL/082013/328 dated 05/08/2013, order No;928529789 dated 04/08/2013 sub order No-61162405 IMEI No: 911117650087539 for 1699. the phone is not working since recieved. it was deposited with service centre at Lucknow at shop no-21, naka, lucknow on 31-08-2013but even after such a long time elapsed the mobile is still not returned back returned or anew one delivererd to me. i have even conatcted concerned officials over their mobiles aditya mishra 9792434111, aks care at aks.care@gmail.com, at infor@magicon.co.in several times but no response.

immediate reurn of repaired mobile with fresh warranty or a new mobile of same make..
