I booked an online bus ticket from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation with the following details: Trip No.: M6929 Ticket No.: 13827557 Transaction ID: MSPD3036749469 Boarding Point: Lonavala Alighting Point: Pune Boarding Time: 19:47 Hrs. I waited for more than 2 hours nut the bus did not come at the Lonavala bus stand. The enquiry section of the Lonavala bus stand also didn’t have any information about the bus.

For a journey of about an hour, I had to wait at the bus stand for more than two hours, with no information that whether the bus will arrive or not. Finally, tired of waiting, I had to take another bus to Pune. This was so tiring experience that I have decided never to travel with Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation bus anymore. Also the toll free no. of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation was not working.

I want that the service should improve so that persons like me do not have to face such trouble. Also, I would like to have a compensation as per Law.
