Hi im Ashish singh. I have a complaint against mahendra institute of banking services. As the format changed for ibps exam, we also got online portal from institute for which they again charged Rs.700. But from starting my portal is showing expired status for which i lodged complaints “n” number of times in the institute. After a month or so it got resolved. Due to this i had to miss 15 speed tests. Again the same problem is occuring and these people are not taking any action and rather disconnecting my call. Ms. Pushpinder who is branch manager of chandigarh branch was very rude on this issue. I have a green card according to which i can avail the st facility till feb 2015. My institute roll no. Is CDG0440270321. Kindly take action as they are also not providing head office no.

My portal should be activated with immediate effect. And i should get extra months for availing speed tesrs. Or refund for those two and a half months
