dear sir,.i got loan from mahindra finance in 2009 for four years with 8948/- inst p/m.in aug 2012 they informed me that i default one installment of march 2012..but when i checked it from my bank funds is cleared from my bank.after that i remind them every time they ignored every time they told me go there bring papers etc etc i supplied them all papers physically. Oct 2013 my loan was cleared now they told me there is one installment remaining with you pay tand that and take your noc. then i again supply the document and they find the fault that they installment is clear but they deposit it in another account.in jan 2014 they send me the notice to me and my guarantee from their lawyer deepak bhardhwaj &co pay the installment with penalty i feel very ashamed but again i denied and supplied them papers too with all the detail that whom i met whom i gave the papers etc.after that i didn’t haired from them last one year i send him notice by courier ,i went them lot of time but they dont want to hear any thing.until today i didn’t get my noc and finance co .now i feel very much frustrated i fell loss of my goodwil and and my time pls advice what to do .i live in model town my office isin karol bagh..i want to take action against the co . with warm rgd your truly mukesh manchanda

i want a sorry letter from the bankk to my guranter which help to recover my relation with him and 50000/- rs
