I have bought below used car From Mahindra first choice: Date of purchase: 28-Sep-2012 Car Details: Maruti Esteem – (Make – 12-May-2004) Registration Number – MH12-CD-5210 I have also got my CNG installed from Mahindra first choice only. It’s been 9 and half month they have not given me the CNG plate (required to refill the CNG). I have got my CNG installed form Mahindra first choice as they take complete ownership of CNG installation, registration and documentation. I don’t have single receipt of CNG installed on my vehicle.As CNG was installed and registered by Mahindra first choice i don’t have single document about CNG kit installation in my car. Hence i am cannot do any of the documentation activities on my own.

I am not able to drive my car on CNG fuel as CNG plate is a mandate in order to refill CNG in car; which ultimately increase my daily fuel expenditure as i need to switch to PETROL as fuel. CNG is 44.5 Rs/Kg with 20 Km/Kg of mileage; whereas Petrol is 75 Rs/Litre with 10 km/Litre of mileage. Till date i have driven 14000 Km by this car using petrol as fuel by no choice.

Compensate 75,000 Rs. Against loss on fuel be i.e. CNG is 44.5 Rs/Kg with 20 Km/Kg of mileage; whereas Petrol is 72 Rs/Litre with 10 km/Litre of mileage. As of now I have used the car for 14000 km. 2. Pay a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards the physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant and his family members (compensation) 3. Need CNG plate for my vehicle
