Today 24-May 2014, we went to the Mahindra Reva Sireesh Auto Pvt. Ltd as Vehicle was not working and then it was told that one of the Battery has gone bad and they will replace it by Tueday 27-May. BUT to our surprise, the 2010 Manufatured battery we put into the Reva on 03/03/2012 this is a very old stock of Battery which was put into my Reva Why? we have paid money as per 2012 battery only and an 2 year old battery have been onto the Vehicle Why This is a Breach in agreement and Trust to me as a customer and I want this to be rectified immediately. as the Battery was an old 2010 batteries, fitted in 2012, it is already showing signs of issues NOTE: Batteries were changed at Mahindra Reva Sireesh Auto Pvt. Ltd I want this breach of trust to be rectified ASAP, and new Batteries to be added onto the Vehicle ASAP.
